Job Description · Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of materials · Update inventory records accurately in ERP/WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA system) and maintain proper documentation · Support timely material supply to production lines · Assist in cycle counts and stock takes; report discrepancies or damages · Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams · Ensure proper material handling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and quality compliance · Follow safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures. Qualifications · Diploma or equivalent qualification· 2-3 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing· Basis knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse systems especially in SAP S/4HANA, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module is an added advantage · Good teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills· Good written & spoken English· Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point).
