Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to support the Real Estate & Development Department in identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable properties for our dark store network across Lebanon. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scouting locations, assessing property potential, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring compliance with business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and field visits to identify potential locations for dark stores across Lebanon.
  • Evaluate prospective properties based on size, location, condition, accessibility, neighboring tenants, and required civil works.
  • Assist in preparing property feasibility studies and present findings to the Real Estate & Development Manager.
  • Establish and maintain a network of real estate contacts, landlords, brokers, and property developers.
  • Lead initial negotiations with property owners/agents on rent, contract duration, payment terms, and other lease conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Assist in managing lease documentation, renewals, and property-related agreements.
  • Stay up to date on local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.
  • Support with any civil work assessments and liaise with contractors or technical consultants when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in real estate, property scouting, or leasing – preferably in commercial or retail properties.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the Lebanese real estate market.
  • Ability to conduct field visits and travel across Lebanon regularly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Knowledge of basic civil works is a plus.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
