FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse - Facilities Coordinator will receive, store, and distribute material, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. This role will also assist with facilities groundskeeping/building maintenance as needed. This is a newly create role in RI.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

· Basic computer skills
· Forklift experience preferred
· Organized and self-motivated
· Effective oral and written communication skill

Work Location: In perso

• Facilitate shipping and receiving of products as needed for shop and project requests
• Travel between MA and RI warehouse
• Daily cycle counting
• Assist in maintaining work orders
• Report shortages on work orders
• Pull stock, prepare and package of shipping materials and all necessary documentation
• Oversight of minor maintenance/facility repairs- as well as grounds upkeep
• All other duties assigned, as appropriate
