Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Supervision of a team of storekeepers to ensure stocks accuracy and compliance to specifications, rules and regulations. Conduct stock take check. Manage stores operations effectively and efficiently. Develop and implement effective storage system. Troubleshoot and monitor ageing inventory. Ensure stocks accuracy. Evaluate, establish, maintain work procedures of goods receipt documentation and issuance. Recommend and implement procedures to ensure stocks accuracy. Ensure team's compliance to specifications, rules and regulations as well as self adherence. Education & Experience Degree / Diploma in warehouse management. Computer literate 3 years of supervision in a store area for a high volume manufacturing environment, logistic, warehouse and store. Competent in stock control procedures. Skills Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team or xxxxx Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx. Working Conditions Good interpersonal, communications and supervision skills.
