Description Critical Peake Electrical Services is looking for a hands-on Warehouse/Fleet Manager to oversee daily shop operations, fleet management, inventory, tools, uniforms, and materials coordination. This role is critical to keeping our field teams productive and our operations running efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse/shop operations Oversee company fleet maintenance, inspections, registrations, and vehicle readiness Maintain inventory of materials, tools, ladders, PPE, and uniforms Coordinate deliveries, material returns, and jobsite support Manage shop organization, cleanliness, and security Support field technicians with tools, equipment, and supplies Supervise Shop Tech and provide daily direction Track vehicle and tool assignments and ensure accountability Requirements Qualifications: 3–5 years of warehouse, fleet, or equipment management experience Electrical or construction industry experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience with inventory management systems Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software Valid driver’s license required Why Work With Critical Peake?
