Position Summary The Warehouse Framer / Drywaller is responsible for assembling and fabricating prefabricated wall panels within the warehouse environment. This role requires knowledge of framing and drywall techniques and construction materials to ensure products are built accurately, efficiently, and safely. Key Responsibilities Assemble prefab wall panels according to drawings, specifications, and production schedules. Measure, cut, and install framing and drywalls materials accurately in a manufacturing setting. Read and interpret layout details. Safely operate hand and power tools, including impact drills, screw guns, saws, and framing equipment. Complete QAQC documentation using tablet. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with loading and staging completed products for transport. Qualifications Previous experience in framing, drywall installation, carpentry, or general construction is required. Ability to read construction drawings and use measuring tools accurately. Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools, including impact drills, screw guns, and saws. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable using tablets and digital forms for data entry and quality documentation. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with steel stud framing or drywall systems considered an asset. Forklift or warehouse equipment experience considered an asset. CSA approved steel-toed boots required. Interpretation of reading blueprint drawings is considered an asset. Working Conditions Physically demanding role involving lifting, repetitive movements, and standing for extended periods. Warehouse/manufacturing environment. Overtime or flexible scheduling may be required based on production needs. Use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures required.
