Job Title: Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping Team Member Location: Florida Distribution Center Department: Supply Chain / Logistics Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager Job Type: Full-Time --- Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping Team Member to join our organization. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and efficiency. --- Key Responsibilities: · Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or pick lists · Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and boxing items according to company standards · Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness · Load and unload delivery trucks as needed · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment · Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks · Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) if certified · Follow all safety procedures and company policies · Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor --- Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods · Basic math and computer skills · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed during high sales periods --- Preferred Skills: · Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) · Forklift certification · Familiarity with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) --- Benefits: · Competitive hourly wage · Health, dental, and vision insurance · 401(k) with company match · Paid time off and holidays · Opportunities for advancement BrandsMart Total Rewards Our team members are our greatest asset.
