Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, this includes from receiving of product to the warehouse to efficient transportation and distribution of products. Provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee the country operation to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a range of goods and highlight any issues to relevant senior management. Owner of the full cycle of product from warehousing to Customer/Store order fulfilment and last mile experience for the brands. Oversee eCommerce last mile operation for the region and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and SLA.
