WAREHOUSE HELPER Location: Knoxville, TN, 37921 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with loading and unloading shipments. * Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse. * Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Support warehouse staff with various tasks as needed. * Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience as a Warehouse Helper or in a similar role preferred. * Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. * Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * High School diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license required Physical & Personal Requirements * Ability to lift 50+ lbs. from floor to waist and from waist to overhead * Ability to climb and use ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts * Ability to stand for 6+ hours per day * Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold) * Ability to successfully pass a drug test and background check * Ability to self-direct with reliable attendance Boiler Supply is a drug-free workplace.
