Warehouse High Reach Operator Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best team member you can also expect: * Earn up to $25.01 /hr * Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.00-$23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days * Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68 - $2.01 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus * Regular weekday hours * A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety * Generous paid time off available at 60 days Qualified candidates must be able to: * Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs * Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs * Assist in team lifts * Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop * Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers. Responsibilities
