• ResponsibilitiesManage performance, quality, cost, and capacity of third party logistics partners (3PL).
• Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.
• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events)
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.
• Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement.
• Availability to work in a shift system (day/night).
• Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.- Familiar with WMS/TMS systems.
