Summary: Provide high level of people operations support to distribution center manager(s) including but not limited to the duties listed below. Location: 440 Interstate West Parkway Suite 100 Lithia Spring, GA 30122 Standard Pay Rate: $19.00/hr up to $23.00/hr after 12 Months Standard Work Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Flexible) Summary: Provide high level of people operations support to distribution center manager(s) including but not limited to the duties listed below.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.   * New hire candidate pre-selection / setting up interviews  * Complete onboarding processes for all new hires * Provide daily P&A (Productivity and Accuracy) data to each operations management team * Act as front-line liaison with staffing agencies * Play role in annual safety / security audits documentation / records retention / annual safety video compliance * Other duties to be assigned to fit changing business needs Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Warehouse operation and product knowledge a plus.   Communication Skills: The ability to communicate with distribution center management and its associates. The skills to communicate in a training capacity.   Language Ability:  Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. Reasoning Ability:  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to organize and prioritize. Computer Skills:  Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software: including Excel, Word and Email. PPT Needed Attributes: Ability to change assignments on short notice. Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the company. Responsibilities
