416 Tactical is looking for a warehouse and inventory associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse and retail store. This role involves organizing stock, managing inventory levels, fulfilling online orders, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in an organized environment, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or inventory management preferred
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency to track inventory and shipments
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems Must be able to pass a police background check.

• Organize, store, and manage all stock and inventory within the warehouse to maintain a structured and efficient workspace
• Process and ship all online orders accurately and on time, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for safe transit
• Conduct ongoing inventory counts and maintain inventory control for both the warehouse and retail store
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries, and verify the quantity and accuracy of received inventory against supplier invoices
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for both the warehouse and retail store by coordinating with store personnel on stock replenishment needs

• Oversee waste management, ensuring proper disposal of cardboard and packaging materials

  Maintain stock of shipping supplies including boxes, tape, labels, and packing materials Work collaboratively with the retail team to provide inventory updates and ensure proper stock rotation

• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe and efficient work environment
