Warehouse Inventory Specialist - Tier 1 Title: Inventory Associate Department: Warehouse and Distribution Reports to: Inventory Team Lead, Inbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes. Compensation: $19.50/hr Shift Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. (2x 15 minute paid breaks, 1 unpaid hour lunch) This position is responsible for binning, putting away, categorizing, and consolidating inventory within the warehouse. This team performs inventory counts and verifies correct quantities and stock. Job Duties: Binning (putting away) inventory upon receipt Consolidating and organizing the inventory on the shelves Verifying counts and assisting in locating inventory for other departments Stock counts and inventory audits KPI Metrics Met (weekly) Preferred Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail Excellent time management Self-starter Good with spatial awareness Dependable and Reliable Ability to work within a Team Critical thinking, with the ability to solve problems on the go Ability lift up to 50lbs on an infrequent basis Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Ability to read and write English Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis Ability to stand continually for an 8 hour shift This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
