Our expansive footprint is leveraged to service 2,500 of the finer kitchen and bath dealers in the United States with all-wood cabinets shipped as quickly as the next day. JSI Cabinetry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry level Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team. Our successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the inventory levels of our cabinet parts throughout our warehouse, ensuring accuracy in our records using inventory tracking software to conduct audits, and physically transporting our inventory throughout the shop as needed to coordinate with various teams. This role will require the ability to lift up to 49 pounds independently and the operation of forklifts. Key Responsibilities: Managing inventory levels through tracking software to update stock records Conducting regular physical inventory cycle counts and investigating discrepancies Coordinating with various teams to physically move stock to the appropriate sections and optimize inventory flow Operate order picker & fork-list equipment. *This job description outlines the basic duties and requirements for the position of the Inventory Control Assocaite. Duties may vary depending on the needs of the organization. Requirements Proven experience in inventory control, preferably within a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records and conducting audits Ability to lift 49lb boxes. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Safety shoes are required. Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Additional education in inventory management or related fields is a plus.
