Zeta UK Warehouse Inventory Manager
We are looking for an energetic person, with good attention to detail, to join us at our offices in Hebburn, Newcastle. As a pivotal member of the team you will manage the stock in our warehouse ensuring that the ordering, distribution and reconciliation of stock is managed effectively with our organisation - as well as occasionally supporting our service desk with incoming calls from customers and helping resolve their issues.

Core responsibilities

  • Placing orders according to the requirements of the business under direction from the project team.
  • Receiving deliveries, checking against placed POs and organising the warehouse.
  • Organising stock shipments between our north and south facilities, as well as to our customer premises.
  • Maintaining an accurate count of stock held in our northern and southern facilities.
  • Recording installed stock from engineers site reports and ensuring it is accurately accounted on our systems.
  • Maintaining maximum and minimum stock levels in line with operational requirements.
  • Testing faulty equipment
  • Managing RMA process for return and repair of faulty items.
  • Organising and overseeing WEEE/Electrical Waste Collections
  • Covering phones when required and assisting with technical queries on the customer service desk.

Personal Skills & Experience

  • Full UK Driver Licence
  • Prior experience with stock management is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with electronics, either personal or professional.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and simple formulas.
  • Confident working with computers.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Logical and process orientated thinker.
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner.

Starting Salary £25,000
25 Days Leave + Bank Holidays

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
