Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse Accuracy Checking • Oversee warehouse accuracy checking activities across all assigned warehouses. • Monitor warehouse collecting accuracy performance and reporting. • Review accuracy reports and identify recurring operational issues. • Coordinate with Warehouse Operations team for corrective actions and process improvements. • Establish SOPs and monitoring mechanisms for warehouse accuracy checking activities. 2. Store Closure Stock Displacement • Supervise end-to-end stock displacement activities for store closures. • Ensure proper allocation and redistribution of stock to receiving stores. • Monitor carton mapping and stock movement status. • Coordinate with relevant departments and transporters to ensure timely execution. 3. Team Management & Reporting • Manage manpower planning and deployment. • Conduct performance monitoring and coaching for the team. • Prepare management reports, analysis, and operational updates. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or retail operations. Strong coordination and analytical skills. Experience in warehouse, inventory, or retail operations. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in inventory reporting and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse accuracy checking and establish SOPs to improve operational performance. Manage end-to-end stock displacement for store closures and lead team manpower planning and reporting.
