ABOUT US:

We are a locally-owned flooring and tile store known for quality products and personalized service. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team and help keep our warehouse and showroom running smoothly.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse & Showroom Assistant plays a key role in preparing and picking customer orders, creating sample display boards, organizing and maintaining showroom samples, and handling various support tasks in both the warehouse and store.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, retail, or construction-related experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic hand tool knowledge (for cutting and mounting samples) is helpful, training can be provided
• Forklift experience is a must

• Pick and prepare tile and flooring orders for customer pickup or delivery
• Go on deliveries sometimes to support delivery staff
• Create sample display boards and organize sample racks (training will be provided)
• Maintain and replenish showroom samples to ensure neat presentation
• Assist with inventory checks and organizing warehouse stock
• Receive, label, and store incoming shipments
• Help keep the warehouse and showroom clean and orderly
• Assist customers in the store as needed
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the sales and warehouse teams
