Position Summary The Warehouse Labourer supports the day-to-day operations of the prefabrication warehouse by assisting with material handling, inventory organization, loading/unloading deliveries, and general production support related to prefab wall panel manufacturing. This role works closely with the warehouse production team to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Organize and maintain inventory, tools, and work areas. Support prefab wall panel production by preparing materials and components. Operate basic warehouse equipment and hand tools safely. Assist with packaging and staging completed wall panels for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and follow company safety procedures. Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience considered an asset. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Forklift certification considered an asset. CSA approved steel-toed boots required. Working Conditions Physically demanding position requiring lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movement. Warehouse/manufacturing environment. Overtime or flexible scheduling may be required based on production needs. Use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures required.
