By leveraging over five decades of manufacturing expertise and employing an extensive technologies portfolio, we design, manufacture, and finish incomparable stock and customized solutions for numerous markets.   Position:          Warehouse Lead Location:         Newark, Ohio  Department:    Warehouse Reports to:      Warehouse Manager Shift:                First Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am to 2:30pm _____________________________________________________________________________   JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for coordinating the Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing activities at the Newark site.  Primary activities include unloading, receiving and delivery of product and packages shipped, coordinating all transfer trucks running between Wehrle, Main and New Albany, ensuring each facility has the material needed for Degreasing, Anodizing, and Assembly. The Warehouse Lead will also be accountable for all activities related to the receipt and put-away of corrugated materials, pallets, etc. as well as safety (Forklift Inspection Sheets and Training) and 5S.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. * Effectively coordinate the daily activities and processes of the New Albany Warehouse team * Prioritize appropriately to ensure all production departments have the materials needed to support schedules and customer shipments are scheduled and sent timely * Operate both propane (4 wheel) and electric (upright) forklifts * Properly check in trucks/trailers against T.O/Packing slips, load and unload products and scan/put to proper locations * Receive in the bulk chemicals * Shrink wrap pallets by hand or machine * Monitor cardboard trailers and make the request for them to be swapped as needed * Identify and properly bar code product skids * Receive and deliver UPS, Fed-Ex and all miscellaneous deliveries to the appropriate personnel * Order pallets (Euro and Standard) as needed.  Load scrap pallets as required * Ensure gaylords are made and ready for use by Assembly * Keep warehouse (shelves and floor space) organized as well as a clean work area * Conduct Forklift training classes and certify personnel as needed * Assist with training new employees as well as assisting with inventory accuracy * Complete daily receipt logs and UPS books * Control The flow of material between the 3 Ohio facilities * Oversee workflow of the Inbound/Outbound Shipping Dock   QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent math skills required * Experience with RF Scanners * Excellent computer skills required, Syteline experience a plus * Ability to lift up to 35lbs * Ability to use digital scales to weigh materials * Excellent communication skills – verbal and written * Forklift experience with ability to train * Ability to work overtime as needed, sometimes on a short notice * Ability to read and interpret bill of ladings and packing slips   Benefits you can expect from Anomatic: * Competitive Pay * Career Growth * Health Coverage Starting Your First Day * 401K with Company Match, to help save for the future * Paid Time Off to Enjoy Family or Hobbies * DailyPay, to get your money faster * Training, to help hone skills * Many more!   Anomatic takes pride in creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees and the communities in which they live.
