We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Warehouse Lead to help oversee a vaiety of daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient processes for receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and productivity.

Supervise and lead warehouse associates in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Monitor and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
Delegate tasks, assign work, and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and used according to safety standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues or inefficiencies.
Collaborate with management to meet performance targets and goals.
Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
