About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our turf distribution center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on logistics coordination, team leadership, and workflow optimization. Forklift certification is required, as you’ll be actively involved in both strategic oversight and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed to support operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Director of Operations and logistics teams
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Implement and improve warehouse systems, processes, and layout for optimal flow
• Track KPIs and report on productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and vendor deliveries
• Support ERP and software integration for inventory and PO tracking

Requirements

• Forklift certification (required)
• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in inventory systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office, or willing to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience in distribution, supply chain, or commercial product handling preferred
