We are in the market for an experienced and organized warehouse lead. You will work with a team of talented warehouse operators and clerks. As a lead you will be responsible for scheduling staff, leading training sessions, and reporting issues regarding safety, staffing, and operations to upper management. Key Responsibilities * Lead the staff in daily operations * Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs * Comply with company policies and legal guidelines * Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities * Supervise the receiving and outbound processes to ensure accurate and timely shipments and deliveries. * Lead and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. * Maintain a strong focus on safety compliance to create a secure working environment. * Collaborate effectively with the Supervisor to allocate manpower efficiently. * Monitor and provide guidance to Forklift Operators to optimize their performance. Qualifications: * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and plan accordingly. * Forklift Certification is required. * 2+ years of relevant experience.
