Catholic Charities is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Warehouse Lead to pilot the day-to-day operations of our in-kind donation warehouse in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of donated goods to the individuals and families we serve. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or logistics experience, strong leadership skills, and a heart for service in a nonprofit setting. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment. Additional training or certification in logistics, warehouse operations, or nonprofit management preferred. Experience supervising staff and coordinating delivery or transportation schedules; hands-on experience with inventory systems and tracking tools; experience managing volunteers and working with diverse teams. Proven ability to manage operations within a set budget; experience interacting with donors, vendors, or community partners; strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations. Intermediate or advanced computer competency in MS Office and Windows. Valid NM Driver’s License with clean record. Ability to work flexibly under pressure in a fast-paced environment as well as communicate effectively and interact with people across cultures through positive behaviors, attitudes and policies. Preferred: Previous work in a nonprofit, social services, or community-based organization; familiarity with grant reporting or compliance processes; and bilingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation/Benefits: Pay rate starts at $23.64 per hour/$49,171.20 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, PTO benefits and 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (depending on availability).
