Role: Warehouse Lead
Location: Saskatoon
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift- Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm.

The Warehouse Lead provides direction and support to warehouse staff in all day-to-day activities. This role oversees warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and kitting, to ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to both internal and external customers. The Warehouse Lead also drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports training and development, and promotes safety and efficiency across the warehouse team

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Warehouse Lead, you will bring:

  • 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Previous warehouse supervisory experience (asset).
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes; international shipping experience an asset.
  • SAP B1 knowledge an asset.
  • Forklift Operator Safety Training Certificate an asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Lead you will:

  • Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to warehouse staff.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and kitting operations to ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and adherence to storage design principles.
  • Ensure accurate cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Coordinate returns of damaged/defective materials.
  • Monitor SAP and Kanban systems for data accuracy.
  • Lead daily morning meetings, maintain the Warehouse Team Improvement Board, and update the Supply Chain Dashboard.
  • Support cross-training, development, and performance management of warehouse staff.
  • Champion safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments including Supply Chain, Production, Planning & Scheduling, Engineering, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Sale
