Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a key role in managing logistics operations and ensuring the efficient handling of assets and shipments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain high standards of safety and organization, and contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare assets for shipment: picking, packaging, labeling, and coordinating with couriers.
  • Sort and place materials/items on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Process daily shipment orders, including packing lists, labels, and pallet organization.
  • Operate forklifts and manage equipment with care.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse areas.
  • Lift heavy boxes and equipment; stand for extended shifts (10+ hours).
  • Collaborate with network engineers and project managers.
  • Ensure on-time schedule performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze customer requirements and convert them into system requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the lead/supervisor.
