We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency THE POSITION Based at EOS IT Solutions' facility in Swords, the Warehouse Lead is primarily responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operational logistics activities run effectively and efficiently. This includes cycle counting, inventory receipting, and processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. The Warehouse Lead will work as part of a dynamic and growing team to deliver EOS suppliers’ and customers with an unrivalled service and contribute to our growth and success. WHAT YOU WILL DO KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Warehouse operations team(s) on the delivery of day to day operations, health and safety, service, accuracy and cost KPI’s. Take a hands on approach to work as well as co-ordinating and delegating tasks across the team. Ensure exceptional performance levels on site across all areas of the operation including, but not restricted to, goods in, processing, inventory control, fulfilment, picking, staging, dispatch and returns. Ensure the team undertakes all tasks efficiently and effectively. Assist with cross functional teams to provide the best possible service and cost to our customers. Lead the team to ensure targets outlined by Business Plans are met, including delivery of KPI’s, values and people processes. Support the teams to attract, acquire, retain and develop the necessary talent to continuously improve team performance and capability. Support the preparation and gathering of information any reports or documentation that is to be shared with key stakeholders to help deliver great service at the best possible cost for EOS and our partners. Play a key part on delivering best in class operations and share best practice internally with the EOS teams. Seek out, actively encourage and implement waste reduction initiatives. Develop a strong team ethos and help create a positive and fun working environment. Performs other duties and responsibilities when needed. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Excellent follow through skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively. Previous Management experience working with Warehousing/Logistics is advantageous delivering results. Be an analytical thinker who can help organize and complete tasks. Be innovative and self-motivated, with a keen ability to ask questions, as well as a self-directed learner. Excellent communication skills including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team. DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Previous experience working in a Warehouse or similar environment Forklift License - preferably CB/Aisle Master Possess experience with inventory management.
