Description This position will start at G10's Twin Lake, WI location and transition to Kenosha with an estimated date of May 10, 2026. SUMMARY Responsibilities outlined in this Standard of Work for B2B Lead are duties that may change periodically based on the needs of ShipBob and/or new processes and procedures introduced to SFN. This position's focus is for B2B Merchants as determined by SFN leadership. KEY RESULT AREA Review B2B Orders in process Check status of VAS Prepaid Orders awaiting Label Upload Review Open Dock for scheduled Pick-ups occurring Review Shipbob Communications Check status of VAS Prepaid Orders awaiting Label Upload Driver Pickups- ensure freight orders are scanned to the bulk boxes upon being loaded onto carriers Ensure VAS orders are invoiced promptly upon completions to prevent orders from breaching and being overwhelmed at the end of shift. Audit physical orders and associated documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Continuously monitor Slack and email; respond to both accordingly. Channeling communication through your site-specific Slack channel is key in keeping up with daily needs Respond to open tickets with appropriate updates Driver Pickups and Order Invoicing Meet with Operations Manager to review Daily Progress Ensure B2B Bulk Boxes have been Closed and marked as Carrier Pickup Ensure signed BOLs are uploaded to the order via Photo Upload process Ensure all completed VAS orders have been invoiced to prevent orders from breaching SKILLS Ability to lead the receiving operations. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. Ability to problem solve, and multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced always changing environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven working experience as a warehouse worker. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High school GED Required but associate degree (Preferred) 1 year warehouse experience with a steady progression in warehouse leadership roles. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · Must be able to lift 50 pounds · Lifting, bending, standing stretching is essential · Must be able to access all areas of the facility
