The Lead Hand is responsible for overseeing the day to day efficient operation of the warehouse staff.

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse staff
• Ensuring safety protocols and regulations are being followed
• Assist with the training and development of new warehouse employees
• Organize and maintain inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock counts
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any potential issues or concerns
