Work Schedule: Morning Shift; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead Hand to take our Warehouse department to the next level during the morning shifts. If you have passion and expertise in distribution, shipping and receiving, managing a warehouse team, forklift operation, or picking and packing, this is the company for you.

Responsibilities
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
  • Rotate through and train on all aspects of warehouse and distribution processes across all shifts to maintain a well-rounded understanding of the operation.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, motivation, and direction to warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational questions or concerns from team members during the shift.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities.
  • Support shift planning by coordinating labor and resources to meet daily workload demands.
  • Monitor team performance and report any issues, delays, or deviations from standard procedures to the Supervisor.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and cross-training for existing staff as directed.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
  • Prepare and monitor team objectives for the shift, based on the needs of your shift.
  • Planning, coordinating and verifying information is essential to the success of the operation.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
