Omega Canada Environmental Technologies is seeking a hands-on, organized, and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and serve as a key point of coordination between the warehouse, customer service, purchasing, and other internal departments. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory is accurate, orders are shipped on time, returns are processed properly, incoming goods are received efficiently, and warehouse processes support smooth operations across the business.    Key Responsibilities  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, shipping, and returns.  • Act as the primary warehouse contact for customer service to align outbound shipments, urgent order priorities, customer returns, and product availability.  • Partner with purchasing to coordinate inbound orders, verify receipts, resolve discrepancies, and support timely processing of supplier shipments and related paperwork.  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, spot checks, and reconciliation of variances.  • Organize the warehouse for efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and logical product flow.  • Ensure incoming products are inspected, counted, labelled, and stored correctly.  • Ensure outgoing orders are complete, accurate, and shipped on schedule.  • Coordinate returned items, warranty-related products, and restocking decisions in collaboration with internal teams.  • Monitor stock movement, flag shortages, overstock, damaged goods, and process issues to the appropriate departments.  • Help improve warehouse systems, controls, and standard operating procedures to create a more efficient and dependable operation.  • Support documentation accuracy for shipments, receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments.  • Work cross-functionally with customer service, purchasing, operations, and leadership to keep priorities aligned and issues resolved quickly.  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.   Basic Qualifications  • Experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or warehouse coordination role.  • Previous experience in a lead hand, team lead, or supervisory capacity is an asset.  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and material flow.  • Comfortable working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.   Preferred Strengths  • Strong follow-through and accountability.  • Ability to identify process gaps and improve workflows.  • Calm, practical approach to solving day-to-day operational issues.  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to be hands-on.  • Confidence in acting as a central point of contact between departments.
