Warehouse Lead (Retail Department) - 2nd Shift The Warehouse team is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to assist with the coordination and monitoring of the daily operations of the Warehouse department by providing work leadership to the Warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to join our 2nd shift with $1.00 differential - 2:00-10:30pm teams! As a Warehouse Lead, you will * Monitor and supervise assigned team ensuring all employees are working safely and efficiently while staying on task * Participate in daily shift meetings to share any pertinent information or issues between shifts, promoting interaction and communication between all three shifts and related departments * Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks * Be sure pickers and packers are accurate and productive * Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports * Email any and all necessary parties with regard to product and personnel issues * Package various products to order specifications * Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders * Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols * Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties * Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications * Experience using an RF Scanner * Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions * Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries * Must possess a high degree of attention to detail to avoid shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss * Dependable, with an excellent attendance record * Able to stand for the duration of the shift; lift and move up to 20lbs * High school diploma or equivalent * Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required * Epicor experience is a plus * Authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech WeatherTech is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
