POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Warehouse Associate Lead is a senior associate position in Spirit’s Warehouse operations. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for overseeing and performing daily warehouse activities, guiding a team of Warehouse Associates, and ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate Lead plays a crucial role maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety in the handling of microelectronics, semiconductors, and EEE components. The Warehouse Associate Lead supports the Warehouse Manager in operational efficiency, procedural compliance, operational controls, and team mentorship.
