  • ead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team.
  • Oversee goods receiving, unloading, inventory transactions and stock control processes.
  • Ensure all incoming goods are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate issuing of materials to manufacturing operations.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse improvements, including scanning technology, lot-code traceability and inventory control systems.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
  • Champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring safe working practices and a clean, organised warehouse environment.
