We’re seeking a hands-on, dependable, and highly organized Warehouse Lead to take ownership of our warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and has strong forklift skills.

• Hourly pay: $24–$28/hr, depending on experience
• Full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 7am - 4pm)
• Located in Stratford, CT

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials
• Receive, inspect, and organize inventory upon delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Communicate with office and production staff as needed to support workflow
• Take initiative to improve systems and maintain overall warehouse efficiency
