POSITION OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Lead supports day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and organization within the Shreveport Hub. This role assists in managing the warehouse floor, maintaining cleanliness, supporting loading procedures for last-mile delivery vans, and contributing to overall operational performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English to support a bilingual workforce
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
