Zilli Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time Warehouse Lead to support and lead our catering and event operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role responsible for overseeing equipment logistics, managing inventory, directing warehouse staff, and ensuring every event is properly prepared and executed. If you're highly organized, detail-driven, and confident leading a team in a physically active environment, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in delivering exceptional events. Key Responsibilities Review and plan equipment needs for upcoming events, identifying shortages and coordinating solutions in advance Lead accurate pulling, packing, and preparation of all event equipment Oversee and complete pre-departure verification to ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for before events Direct the loading and unloading of catering trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transport Drive company box trucks to and from event locations as needed Manage equipment returns, inspections, cleaning, and restocking Maintain accurate inventory and oversee par stock levels for all equipment and supplies Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Lead on-site breakdown operations and ensure all equipment is recovered from events Supervise, train, and direct warehouse staff to maintain high standards and accountability Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments Basic math and record-keeping skills for inventory management Valid driver's license required; box truck driving experience preferred Schedule Hours vary based on event schedule Must be available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and peak seasons Flexibility required Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, push, and pull throughout shifts Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Why Join Zilli Hospitality Group?
