About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse & Logistic to support construction project operations at AMODA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and equipment at the project site, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely material availability, and proper logistical administration. You will work closely with site teams, warehouse, and external/ internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations and uninterrupted project execution. Job Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods from production, suppliers, and project returns. Prepare, pick, and issue materials based on production and project requests. Process inbound and outbound transactions accurately in the warehouse system. Organize and store materials according to designated locations while maintaining inventory accuracy. Conduct daily briefings with the warehouse team and coordinate with Production, QC, and other related functions. Perform regular inspections of warehouse tools and equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed. Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock opname to ensure inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS), 5S, and warehouse operational procedures. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations. Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling. Familiar with construction materials, manufacturing equipment, and warehouse documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory systems. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Committed to safety standards and warehouse operational procedures. Willing to work full-time on-site at AMODA's Warehouse in Karawaci, Tangerang.
