About the Opportunity

Ibex Australia is looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, freight and local logistics activities.

You’ll be the key link between Warehouse, Customer Care, Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Freight and our customers, ensuring stock and customer orders are received, picked, packed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.

About the role

• Coordinate daily warehouse priorities, tasks and workload.
• Manage inbound stock, inventory and stock control.
• Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
• Book and coordinate freight with approved carriers.
• Organise local deliveries and customer pick-ups.
• Identify and resolve operational issues early.
• Proactively communicate any customer or delivery impacts to Customer Care.
• Support trade sales when required.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
