Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including 3PL coordination, warehouse negotiation, global logistics and distribution planning and execution. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, shipping/receiving, process improvements, and maintain strong working relationships with warehouse and logistics partners. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service level compliance. Negotiate warehouse rates, service terms, and operational agreements with warehouse and logistics vendors. Monitor warehouse performance, productivity, and cost efficiency. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation. Work with internal teams to forecast space, labor, and shipping needs. Resolve operational issues related to warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations. Strong experience working with 3PL partners. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with warehouse/vendors on pricing and service terms. Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficient in warehouse systems or ERP/WMS tools is a plus. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in contract negotiation with logistics/warehouse providers. Ability to analyze warehouse costs and operational KPIs. Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to execute and excel in high-paced organization Ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple priorities CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required. APICS certification preferred. COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience with Microsoft Office to include Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
