Key responsibilities are to include –
· Assist with packing/unpacking & washing kit & cleaning materials & organising warehouse
· Maintain vehicles/ensure returned in acceptable condition/arrange regular cleaning when required/deal with MOT’s & services/deal with insurance & claims/keep calendar of vehicle movement/deal with fuel cards & track usage
· Provide assistance with kit runs to & from site
· Ensure all stock and deliveries are received, checked, and systematically stored in an organized and tidy manner Deal with incoming deliveries - distribute throughout office
· Conduct regular stock level checks for uniforms, consumables, equipment, and PPE. Monitor stock usage and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
· Coordinate with procurement and operational teams to align inventory with current and upcoming needs.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all aspects of warehouse operations.
