Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Coordinate all material and product movements within the facility. * Operate a yard dog to move semi-trailers and transport steel throughout the yard. * Back semi-trailers into loading bays safely and efficiently. * Operate RTG (Rough Terrain Gantry) equipment to relocate materials and sections. * Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. * Cross-train and support other operational areas as needed. Job Requirements * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand shipping environment with strong attention to detail and minimal clerical errors. * Strong multitasking and organizational skills. * General understanding of a high-volume, customer-driven manufacturing environment. * Ability to learn and operate forklifts, rough terrain gantries, and semi-trucks. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
