JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics & RMA Support Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in daily trucking dispatch coordination, shipping documentation, and return merchandise processing. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in data entry, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Input and maintain data related to trucking dispatch schedules and shipping operations.
  • Generate accurate shipping waybills and ensure all documentation is properly completed.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
  • Assist the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) department by processing return orders, logging returned items, and updating inventory systems accordingly.
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and databases to support shipping and RMA tracking.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in English with internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform general administrative duties and data entry tasks as required to support daily operations.
