Activities

• Receipt, inspection and system-based recording of incoming goods including serial and batch management in the ERP system
• Timely order picking and booking of production orders using mobile data entry (MDE)
• Careful assembly and professional packaging of goods for shipping
• Recording of outgoing goods and creation of relevant shipping and accompanying documents including certificates
• Participation in the continuous improvement of internal warehousing and logistics processes
• Conducting inventory checks and perpetual stocktaking using mobile data entry (MDE) systems
• Processing and follow-up of supplier complaints
• Support with general tasks in the warehouse area
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the work environment

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the field of warehouse logistics, for example as a warehouse specialist or warehouse logistics specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in warehousing and logistics is an advantage.
• Good German skills, both spoken and written.
• Physical resilience and a reliable and persistent work ethic
• Experience in using inventory management or ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Navision or MS Business Central
• Independent, responsible and flexible work style with a high level of commitment
• Technical understanding and interest in logistical processes
