Your future tasks:

• First level support (hardware and software) for the use of the WMS and related logistics processes
• Creating and tracking service tickets and related escalation management
• Ensuring the system functionality of the WMS and thus adjacent peripherals within material logistics
• Conducting system tests to ensure functionality as part of process and system adaptations.
• Initiating and tracking inventory processes
• Analyzing inventory accuracy and related logistics activities, as well as potential causes of errors.
• Analyzing master data and parameters, e.g., material or load carrier
• Schools and instructors in the proper use of the WMS
• Naturally, you consistently ensure compliance with applicable quality and process regulations in all procedures.

This is the profile you bring:

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or logistics manager
• Practical experience in dealing with SAP and warehouse management systems
• They are familiar with using mobile devices such as cell phones, tablets, and scanners.
• They possess a strong understanding of value and information flows.
• With your analytical skills, you get to the bottom of the causes and eliminate them sustainably.
• They have a good understanding of logistical relationships and processes.
• They are willing to work in rotating shifts (2-3).
