Your tasks:

• First Level Support (Hardware and Software): Support in the use of the WMS and related logistics processes, including service tickets and escalation management.
• System monitoring: Ensuring the functionality of the WMS and adjacent peripherals.
• System tests and process adjustments: Conducting tests to ensure system functionality during adjustments.
• Inventory analysis and stocktaking: Analysis of inventory accuracy and tracking of stocktaking.
• Training and process safety: Training employees in the use of the WMS and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
