Description

Full job description

Aftershock PC is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to lead its fast-paced Warehouse Team

If you've got solid experience in pick and packing, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in PCs and tech, this could be the perfect role for you. You don't need decades of experience, just a good attitude, the ability to keep a team moving at pace, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a love for the latest gear!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the picking and packing of orders (everything from PC parts to full systems) and stepping in on the floor when volume demands it
  • Managing the unboxing and sorting of incoming inventory
  • Running stock takes and owning inventory control and accuracy
  • Coordinating and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments end to end
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently
  • Occasionally assisting with basic PC handling or support prep

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in pick/packing, warehouse operations, or logistics
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to lift and move a high number of boxes safely
  • Someone who keeps the team working at a fast pace without losing quality
  • Enthusiasm for technology, gaming, or custom PCs
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude
  • Someone who leads by example and thrives in a team environment

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked in a tech-related warehouse or logistics environment
  • Have good PC hardware knowledge
  • Are looking to grow within a tech-focused company

If you're looking for a hands-on leadership role in a company surrounded by cutting-edge PC hardware and high-performance systems, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):

  • Are you comfortable being on the floor picking and packing when volume demands it, not just supervising?
  • You find a stock discrepancy of 12 units on a high-value item. What's your process?
  • What is more important for gaming, a GPU or a CPU?

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
