Pratts Food Service Alberta is looking for a general warehouse maintenance manager.
Shift varies - negotiable

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in small areas and from high heights
• Confidence & ability to work on a ladder, or at heights of up to 50’
• Physically fit, Able to lift heavy loads often
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner and knowledge on continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and with minimal supervision
• Excellent and demonstrated problem solving skills, this position requires hands on practice
• Must provide a clear and current criminal background check

You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the facilities, including the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, repairs and maintenance to all equipment in the building.

• Assist with general Warehouse upgrades, apply fixes to improve reliability
• Conduct daily routine checks on equipment to detect damages, or needs for repairs on equipment
• Assist with servicing of machines, dock plates, overhead doors, batteries etc.
• Comply at all times with all rules & policies regarding health safety, GDP program, occupational safety and environmental safety.
• Forklift and Power Jack battery maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
