WORK SCHEDULES: (PERMANENT/ON CALL, FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)

· Sunday: 8:00AM to 4:30PM / 10:00AM to 6:00PM
· Monday-Friday: 6:00AM to 2:30PM / 7:00AM to 3:30PM / 9:00AM to 5:30PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Maintenance Team Member plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is an active position requiring stamina, endurance, care, and teamwork. You will be responsible for filling and organizing buckets of water for different areas of operations, collection of used water buckets to empty polluted units and recycle clear units, collection/sorting/disposal of recyclable and waste materials to appropriate compactor or collection bin. This role is essential in ensuring that the flowers are processed and moved efficiently through the warehouse while upholding our high standards of quality and safety. As a key part of our business, you will work closely with the entire warehouse team to meet daily operational goals in a fast-paced environment, supporting an exceptional experience for our customers.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Comfortable/able to work in a controlled floral cooler environment (4 degrees Celsius or less) for extended periods up to a full shift.
· Working in an open, busy warehouse environment
· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment, particularly in maintenance is highly preferred.
· Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs in repetitive motion as well as densely loaded wagons.
· Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team in a busy warehouse environment.
· Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the demands of a high-volume warehouse operation.
