Description Qualifications · High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred. · 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (waste management or warehouse environment preferred). · Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. · Experience with balers, forklifts, conveyors, or other MHE required. · Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus. · Able to read schematics and electrical diagrams. · Comfortable working around heavy machinery and in a non-climate-controlled environment. · Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights occasionally. · Willingness to be on-call or work flexible shifts as needed. Safety & Compliance • Comply with LOTO, PPE, and workplace safety rules at all times. • Actively participate in safety meetings and hazard identification. • Support sustainability goals by maintaining energy-efficient equipment.
